About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Design Engineer to join our team. Candidate will play a critical role in designing and developing structures and industrial equipment’s used in the assembly, inspection, and maintenance on the shopfloor. This role involves ensuring that these structures are safe, ergonomic, and efficient for industrial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Design, analyse, and optimize structural systems and equipment’s used for Railway manufacturing and maintenance.
- Develop 3D models and detailed drawings using CATIA V5 R21 software.
- Create and integrate jigs, fixtures, and related components to ensure precision and efficiency during manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and project management departments, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design-related challenges during production and assembly phases.
- Participate in reviews and evaluations to continuously improve structure designs for safety and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in structural design, ideally in the railway manufacturing, heavy machinery, or industrial equipment domain.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in CATIA V5 for 3D modelling and technical drafting.
- Knowledge of jigs, fixtures, and their applications in industrial manufacturing.
- Effective communication skills in English and French is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.

About The Position
We are seeking a skilled CNC and VMC Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and programming CNC machinery to produce high-precision components that meet industry standards. This role requires expertise in machining methods, tooling, and quality control, with a commitment to maintaining efficient and safe operations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain CNC and VMC machines with various control systems, including Siemens,FANUC and WorkNC.
- Set up machines, including tool selection, fixture installation, and work offset adjustments.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Perform quality control checks using precision measuring instruments.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance as needed.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize production processes for custom molds and tools.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent in related field.
- Proven experience of 2-5 years in CNC machining with a focus on aerospace or automotive parts preferred.
- Experience operating HAAS/Leadwell 3-axis machines.
- Must have knowledge of machining methods, cutting tools, cutting parameters, and programming.
- Proficiency with at least one control system: Siemens, Fanuc, or Mazatrol.
- Strong understanding of machining methods, cutting parameters, and tool settings.
- Effective communication skills in English and French is a plus.
