Our team of four project engineer and design engineers were entrusted with re-designing the follower walkways used in the railway manufacturing shop floor. These walkways are essential components of the plant’s workflow, facilitating worker movement alongside production lines and ensuring operational efficiency and safety. 

The task involved reverse engineering two existing walkways that required design modifications and manufacturing four new follower walkway, The goal was to adapt the current models to better align with Toyota Tsusho Europe’s updated requirements while ensuring manufacturability and durability.
